Victory Early Childhood's locations are approved providers of Early Intervention (EI) services. EI is a program administered by the New York State Department of Health throughout Erie County at no cost to parents. Services include:

Our RSO program helps families access pre-school therapeutic services for children ages 3 to 5 years. These services are administered through your local school district. Your district's Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) Office would make a referral to us for evaluations and services. We perform evaluations in person. We also provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and special education services. These services can be provided at your child's home, preschool or daycare.
